Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Personal Information You Disclose To Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Site, express an interest in obtaining our products or services, when you participate in activities on the Site (such as posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise contact us. The personal information that we collect depends upon the context of your interactions with the Company, the choices that you make and the products and features you use. This information may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, user names, passwords, contact or authentication data, and other similar information. All of this information that you provide must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us, at the above email address, of any changes to such personal information.

You are solely responsible for whatever personal information you share with the Company through the contact form or any other public post, and we will use the information only for lawful purposes, like internal marketing, performance of our contractual obligations, legitimate commercial interests, and compliance with our legal obligations.

General Account Information

As is true of most other websites, we collect certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of our Site, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our Site to better suit our users’ needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Site, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.

How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Site. For example, we may use GPS or other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based upon your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. Note, however, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Site.

Controls For Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this state, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
